No way this is a genuine kid, all of this looks like a very long, way too articulated and purposefully scripted plot.
Entertaining, but to my eyes, completely fake.

Wait thats all his the same guy problems with everything.???..

Your Mom needs to donate her brain to Science.

If you want, actually said that, that goes volumes into indicating a mindset that is not conducive whatsoever to positive flow in life.

Regardless of what village a person comes from, there are only two positions a person can take in situations they are confronted with.

The responsible person, with a logical and reasonable mind, most often chooses to be part of the solution, and not part of the problem.

We’re not taking votes here, but I have a tendency to lean towards agreeing with several of the posters. Your problems are completely fabricated in order to draw the variety of responses that you’ve been successful in achieving.

If your mother was actually ignorant as you make her Out to be, I would bet, good money that you would’ve never survived, childbirth with the misguidance that she could have potentially given you.

I am certainly not any kind of lawyer. But I would say without hesitation from an amateur legal standpoint, there is a certain degree of fraud involved in this predicament that was not created, but was exacerbated by your mother.

Reporting to YoYoExpert that an order was never delivered, well, knowing that the yo-yo was delivered, responsible party or parties, refused to retrieve the yo-yo from its current location, straight out and flat out misrepresentation of the facts.
When a person Misrepresents the facts in a transaction that results in a capital gain, that is fraud.

The most amazingly absurd aspect of this entire lunacy, is how this situation can go sideways and fraudulent for $35 yo-yo a $35 yo-yo in a mailbox, turns an easily solved dilemma into a spinning barrel of blind monkeys.

Personally, I don’t believe anything you said. And I don’t believe that your mom would be ignorant enough to say that something is in a crime if you don’t get caught. Unless her favorite hobby is putting a plastic bag, overhead and private, her self of oxygen, every day, for sport, I can’t believe that she would be that much of a pinhead.

All of us, in this thread are taking turns identifying indicators that basically allow us to see very clearly that you were just playing this out from reply to reply. The saddest part is that you’re trying to make a whole lot of something out of a whole Lotta nothing and making it look like your mom is nothing but a blithering, Dolt, Which I seriously doubt.

Most of the people that visit this board regularly and have for years, are well aware of the fact that I’ve been visiting this board for over a decade. Those that know me, regardless of whether they like me or not know that I clown around a lot and have fun doing it. I like to shake things up a bit and here and there I actually make a post that others may find useful in getting a clear view of things in the way life actually works.

But one thing I’ve always refused to do is to fabricate preposterous adventures just to suck people in to make believe problems.

Most viewers that frequent the Forum, are pretty much already well aware that when old Mo starts Telling a tale, I set it up so that people know I’m just kidding and hopefully my low-grade humor makes people get a giggle or two and I think we all move on shaking our heads.

But to post on the forum, with a deliberate intent, to suck others in to problems, that are totally make-believe, and then blame it on family members, is quite an insult to the intelligence of anybody that is actually trying to help you

Insulting, a person is one thing. Insulting, a persons intelligence is another thing.

You can jerk somebody’s chain without drawing blood. But when you start throwing the chain at people, that’s another situation.

Andre provides the best customer service in a yo-yo world.

It’s a shame that he had to get sucked into this and make things right with his own money, in reality, the problem could’ve been easily remedied by your family members just doing the right thing.

And if you are in fact, Miss representing the situation by fabricating all these things to suck us in, I feel bad for your mom if you’re using her as a scapegoat for your shenanigans.

People that have known me for years on this forum, If they know nothing else about me, they would probably agree that I don’t speak for everybody. Often when I make some type of comment about some situation that I agree, or don’t agree with, I specifically say, I’m speaking for myself.

In this particular instance, I will actually stray from my normal pattern and say that most of us will agree that you did a damn good job of sucking us in to this lunacy.

Congrats for that.

Hahahahahaah lol fk hilarious

Lmao so dam true man hahaha thats :100: bro

Good job stealing from the chillest guy in yoyo…. Not sure you should be treating that like a win to be honest. Sounds like mom and/or aunt are scummy people who should do better.

At this point wouldn’t be surprised if you came back saying your mom has been committing tax fraud and your aunts been cashing your grams social security checks…

My original statement on this thread still stands there are no adults in this situation. Where are the adults?
