Sorry, this story doesnāt add upā¦at all.
There has been ZERO attempt made to resolve this issue the correct way.
He shouldnāt be sent a new yoyo until all other options have been exhausted.
Plus, Iām guessing, there will be more issues even if he is shipped a new yoyo.

I agree. While Iām glad the kid is getting his throw, this was just as easy as calling the PO and providing identification to pickup a package.
