Hi guys!
Has anyone returned a yoyo to the a-rt company?
I need an address to return a yo-yo but they don’t answer my emails (it took them more than 1 month to answer me the last time telling me to return it but they didn’t tell me what address(!) I recycled the original box and now I don’t know where It was the sender’s address 
Can someone who has sent you back a yo-yo help me by telling me how to do it?

I don’t have Instagram or Facebook, that’s why I’m asking around here to see if anyone knows it or can get it.

Making an Instagram is going to be your best bet for contacting virtually every manufacturer (it makes their phone ding), it is also where you will get the earliest news, and coolest tricks

I have sent a message to Charles to see if there is any luck. It’s frustrating not to receive a response, I understand that they will be very busy, but holy cow, I bought the holy yogurt in July, I received it in August and I still haven’t taken it out of the plastic bottle!!! I really want to try it and just think that I have to Sending it and waiting to receive the replacement makes me anxious!! hahaha Thanks for the help
