Nice woods man!

Did you stain the bottom right legend wing? Looks cool.

If the Harb i have is an older inferior one (as Glenn says) then I like inferior yoyos :v:t4:

On this Black Friday its a dumping storm at Ski Purgatory. Getting some fixed axle tossing in before the lifts open with a Tom Kuhn Purgatory Dark II.

How is the Weekender at fixed axle play? Would it make for a good complement to my wood fixies?

Yours is a version 3. It’s better than the one @zslane has.

Who is that guy?

Kyle Nations (@nationalkyle) is one of the most creative players of his generation. Such a fresh perspective on 0a throwing (and a super kind soul to boot)!

Expecting another storm at Ski Purgatory and some more terrain opening up tomorrow. As for fixed axle play, gotta toss some more Tom Kuhn, a No Jive Purgatory 1 Light Concave (Butterfly is a Trademark of Duncan). Along with fresh snow, a fresh 100% cotton YYE Type-10 string.

Still on that Skinflint. All the fixie’s I bought this year and this is the one I keep coming back to.
Also iced double shot because it’s going to be 73 here today.

Those in the know, know that fix axle gold will soon be revealed in Rainbow hopefully next week in time for holiday cheer. Today thanks to @yoyodave42 I get to throw this vintage Humingbird Trickster in Rainbow laminate. Just a little taste of Rainbow this Friday to feed my inner leprechaun.

Good taste. I’ve got the same espresso cups. What coffee did you use?

It’s Friday the 13th again, anyone here throwing one of the Friday the 13th Legends we made last time?

Thank you for the compliment on my taste in espresso cups (and yoyos). I switch between the glass and a small ceramic mug I received for Christmas last year from my 13 year old daughter. The mug says “To the world, you may only be one person, but, to one person, you may be the world.” A sentiment we all need to remember.

This is the very end of the Mystic Monks Thanksgiving Blend. I’m a bit of a cheapskate, so, while it saddens me that the crema layer is getting thinner as the beans are aging, I’m not about to throw the beans away until the espresso stops tasting good.

This blend has a very strong cedar taste, but, in a good way. It is almost like when you grill salmon on a cedar plank. I’m enjoying it a lot. Trying to decide what will be the next order from them.

Collectivo Toro is pretty good espresso. I think it’s $14 for 1lb, they don’t do the 10oz or 12oz bags like a lot of roasters do.

I am! Didn’t bring it to work but I got plans to later.

typically we take about 3 weeks to go through 12oz, and, I’m a little compulsive about fresh coffee, which is why I often roast my own, but have not for a bit due to needing to do some maintenance on the roaster.
