Won’t be here until sometime next week, just in time for Fixed Axle February. I posted a custom yoyo that @Rich made for a couple weeks ago I loved it so much that I asked him to make me another in the blue, orange, purple spectraply in the flower pattern. He liked my specs enough to turn it into the Buffalo. Awesome collaborating with Rich. Excited to get my new throw along with a Badger.

55mm diameter, 34mm width, 40-52grams depending on the wood.
Yeah Rich has been killing it. Between the alpha, and badger and then making the otter for me and now the buffalo for you. He’s really knocking it out of the park,
I have one if ever model @Rich at Boise woodworks has made minus the new buffalo and the early stuff from a few years back where heavy and had smooth inside with large gaps and the bearing ones where a tad too heavy for their own good too but end of last year into this new year every yoyo he has made has been phenomenal.
Between the Badger, Otter, and now this, I need to get some Etsy stock. 
Don’t forget about the Cheery Alpha as well.
If he makes a Pagoda next and calls it the Goat, I’m going to have to dedicate a full row on one of my shelves.

I’m hesitant to reach out about customs usually for some reason. I feel it will send me down a dark path of unlimited possibilities, haha.
Can confirm, went down that rabbit hole with DLC, but honestly, it was worth it, and I learned a lot in the process regarding design and specs that work best
I understand, I’ve had a similar situation since I’ve learned how to properly commission machine shops for stuff.
What do you mean I can just go make a delrin no jive? Or an mr85 gold plated micro yoyo? Titanium pagoda? Magnesium mr85? I can make whatever I want. But it adds up

Saw that @Rich has a few Buffalo throws now available. Naturally, I had to nab one. Curious how the pull start dimple will be, will be my first fixie with any pull start capabilities. And it’ll match one of my Badgers 
The original custom yoyo that Rich made for me that has now become the Buffalo does pull starts like a champ. The finish he uses has a matte texture so does stick to your fingers or hands. It also works great for tape measure tricks too.
Playing one of my faves that cracked. I think I might just file the crack a little smoother and go with it.
