Quick update - 90% of the orders have been shipped out/packed/waiting to be picked up. The rest who requested color change, address, quantity and etc… should be packed and shipped soon.

Aaaaand my (second) $1 charge has also disappeared from my account. Has not been replaced with a full order charge yet. Theater of the absurd…

Wild. It’s such STANDARD practice to email out a tracking number these days when an order is placed/shipped. Feels like 1998 or some shiii up in this.

I’ve sent 2 emails over the last week. They have not been replied too. The dollar charge dropped off.

I just emailed the contact at Flambeau that Bryan suggested and received a response in 24minutes. They have my order and it’s set to ship on the 30th. Positive development.

I’ve been going back and forth through email and getting no where. Can’t get replies unless I send multiple emails. At first they needed more credit card info, next they needed the order number ( which they had already), then said it would ship on 24th, still nothing and no reply to my emails. It’s almost a month now, this is ridiculous

I just sent a email telling them to cancel my order. I still haven’t heard anything directly from them since I received the “order confirmation” on 6/7. I’m done with them.

I received half of my order last Thursday. Don’t know what happened to the other half :man_shrugging:

Sent an email requesting a cancellation on Friday and received notification that the cancel was processed today. Best communication from Duncan yet.

I got my order yesterday so it took 23 days. That’s like ordering from Banggood or Aliexpress. I think it would be upsetting if I had paid full price for something, but at 70% off I can’t really complain.

Both times I emailed them I got a response within 12 Hours. The first response was a canned reply the second one I sent to Bryan who forwarded it to Kristen and she gave me an ETA of 6/28 and it’s here earlier.
