Hi guys. I wanted to ask if anyone else ordered from Duncan during the YoYo Day sale. It’s been a few days and my emails and calls go unanswered so I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing delays. I figured as much but since I’m getting no response I just want to make sure.

I called them yesterday and it was just fine. I know that they have a backlog of orders and their inventory didn’t keep up so some colourways of some yo-yos ran out so they are providing alternatives!
If you have multiple yo-yos in your order they’ll do 2 shippings (one with yo-yos that are in stock and one with yo-yo with any alternatives that you chose)
Their email service to send tracking # is not working at the moment so it’s hard to know when your order is shipped but rest assured they are getting shipped if you have the tracking # or not

Thank you! I ordered a while back but I’m guessing it won’t ship until sometime next week even though I left both my addresses.
