After plastic whip they say its 65.6g while the people at werrds booth told me it was 1g less than the previous version.
The difference in diameter is perhaps smaller than seen from the picture above, maybe only ~0.3mm

No I donât think they actually did anything to the design itself. Looks to me that they sanded and polished the rim to shave a little weight and put some engravings. Itâs essentially a modded Irony JP.

Still, Irony JP at 1g less is still a potential buy.
Yet there are also splash pink and black versions.
There is a bi-metal Irony in prototyping but the JPX is all aluminum.
The black one revealed in january?

This thread has really kind of branched out into a place where people talk about high end throws like bi metals, and of course, YYR throws
But if you think about it, if his thread only had discussions about YYR, it wouldnât be as fun 
I am not trying to be a thread Nazi or anything. I recognize the relevance of these topics and YYR. But if we are going to spend pages talking about Werrd and the new Turning Points, why not start a âHigh end JP Throwsâ thread?

I usually donât agree with you, Geezer, but this is a very good point. I first checked out the YYR Appreciation thread to get some information on YYR and their yoyos. Back then it was much more focused and only totaled around 30 pages. Now that this thread is quickly approaching 200 and has spanned countless other high-end and Japanese yoyo companies, we should really work on compiling some general YYR info into one place, then create a separate location to discuss all the other amazing throws coming out of Japan.
Agreed (even though Iâm an off-topicker, too)-- but donât throw the baby out with the bathwater here. This is primarily a YYR topic and has been until the past few weeks. After a detour, it can still be the YYR thread and a new high-performance/JP thread could be spawned. No need to recreate a new YYR thread.
Going back to yyr, looks like the new triad colors were finally released on their site. Not sure if that got posted yet
