Played the diffusion all day today. Ryota Ogi was not lying when he said this was THE BEST plastic yoyo.

Are you sure you really saw one clear? Wasnt you just fooled by store offering in color box clear and neonyellow? Because Negator is machined from Delrin and I really dont think that comes in clear or transparent version.

I just read what the store called it. On closer inspection it’s white delrin and I have no idea why they call one version clear and the other Neon Yellow. I’m guessing they copied the code for the Triad or Diffusion and forgot to change the English translation box. The actual differences are just in the nut colors, one blue and one gold. The gold one that they call clear is in stock.
That quiz was crazy. The time limit killed me! Anyway, Stardust2 pictures attached below =)

100% agree on this. The feel of the Draupnir in the hand, especially when returning, is honestly the only thing about the yoyo that isn’t perfect to me. Even then it’s a mild discomfort at worst and can for the most part be remedied by just not binding at high speeds. I still can’t even imagine owning/throwing a yoyo that I feel is truly objectively better than the Draupnir.
The Triad looks pretty interesting. The plastic used on both the new Diffusion and Triad looks great. There was a time I would have laughed at the idea of spending $70+ on a plastic but the Yeti has made me enough of a believer that the material doesn’t tell the whole story, so I certainly won’t be writing the Triad off.
When I checked this thread for the first time in over a week and saw so many more pages than the last time I checked I knew I had to have missed a new release of some sort ;D Probably saved me a few bucks (for now) since there’s a decent chance I would have impulse bought the blue SS Pulsar Genesis and a Triad had I actually been following new releases the past couple months.
Blue pulsar genesis lasted about a day and only one site seems to have had them sadly. Black ones steadily disappearing but it’ll be about a week I’m guessing.
I’m actually thinking of getting one of these silly Triads now because people of got me hyped up over the “joys of plastic” whatever that is. I found some clear ones on a completely Japanese store but it’s pretty hard to navigate and I can’t even tell if they ship internationally. Had to figure out the Japanese symbols for clear looking at the source code

Ugh I hate the new logo. The old one was plain but kind of classy.
There’s so much more they could do with it. Like emphasize yoyoREcreation as in recreating yoyos rather than just playing with them.
