If he fixes this, you can modify the feedback and delete the thread. Until then, if he does not care, why should you? You were more than patient this time around.

I guess he also had some mishap in the Christmas gift exchange which leads me to wonder why yomagic allowed him to participate again
While things can happen sometimes, issues in two different recent exchanges is too much of a coincidence. I think he was allowed in this time because he had the requisite positive feedback and he made the last situation right. I believe the recipient received a broken item. This is the second time there is an issue, so it would be looked at differently next time, I’m sure.
