I thought the meeting went well.
We can pick up the conversations here if needed.
One of the things I would like to do; Set a dedicated Monthly Meeting Day and Time.
I know this one was last minute.
Another Idea that came out in the meeting was a Communication Comittee. Mr. Brandon ( @Captrogers ) had been Voluntold to head this up.

Glad it went well. A set day and time would definitely make it easier to attend, I think. Thanks for doing this dude! And thanks to all the volunteers who are helping out with everything. I’ll be trying my damndest to be at the next one.

So I’m just playing around right now, but here’s concepts for two polo shirts:
For tees, I’d like to do something “more.” What’s the council’s decision on imagery? We going with bomb, wagon, or rocket? Once I know that I can come up with come tee concepts.

My default attire is cargo shorts, flip flops and a polo so that sounds great to me.
I’ve never been a t shirt person myself.

Yo i legit am sorry i missed the meeting last night. I completely forgot about it. I am really sorry!
No worries. We are going to work out a monthly cadence and a more stable communication channel for meetings going forward. I’ve been elected to come up with communication ideas but if anyone has thoughts on the subject feel free to message me.

OK. I’ve put two unisex polos up in the shop. Both come in either Black or Navy, and have either the Workhorse or YYBC Logo embroidered on them in white thread, just like the pics I posted above. If anyone is interested in a white or grey polo, I can get those up as well.

One specific time every month won’t work for everyone and I’ve been pondering the same issue with my local club as well. Consistency is key though. I have a thought that when I have the bandwith to jot down properly I’ll submit to the group for consideration. I’m personally a good better best proposal kind of person so I’ll present a pole with a few options that might work for everyone and see what folks think and what the majority would feel is best.
