Hey! I’ll be seeing yall then. Perfect timing after work. Might have to dip a little early but I’ll be glad to pop in!
I’ll give it a shot. Social interactions are getting more and more difficult for me to keep up with but I’ll give it a shot. I’ll say it here so hopefully I won’t have to say it then. Brain damage has created a situation where I have to concentrate very hard to follow what’s going on in a conversation and if too many people are involved it can become impossible for me to track the conversation. So it’s possible that it could become too much for me and I’d have to at least drop out of the conversation. I just don’t want it to seem like I’m being rude or dismissive if that happens.

I know teams has live translation and transcription does zoom do the same. I use that service in meetings constantly otherwise I would be absolutely lost as my hearing lose makes audio a bit difficult. I’ve learned to manage especially in a work environment but today’s technology has really made accessibility much better.

Shirts will be coming soon. I’m gonna come up with a few designs to run by the council.

On zoom there’s a closed caption option you can turn on from settings.
Might helps some with auditory issues

Is this something I need to set as the Administrator, or is this on the user end?
This specifically is end user I don’t use zoom often so I’m not certain if there is an admin part I assume there are controls to disable some features but I would guess a free account would have them on by default. It’ll be a learning experience
