I love it, it looks awesome! Also, what a great promotional idea Legyoyo.

As a seller, when something does “not sell,” you just leave it up for sale until it does. That was what I was saying. Especially if it doesn’t cost you to do so. I often sell things and relist with the exact same photo and description if I have more than one of that item to sell. It would be impossible for anyone to tell which of my items “sold” and which did not. Just because something is still listed, does not mean it didn’t sell, or is not a popular selling item. I never even list how many of an item I have available…just list one at a time in a non-business listing.

When I buy off there, I don’t always go for the lowest price. Lowest price sometimes means low quality, the goods are flawed, shipping will take long or some other potential issue. I’ve learned to compare prices to feedback, look at the location it ships from, and the quality of the post…photos included. I find that a super low price on Ebay and the BST can be a sign that there will be a problem. I tend to buy in the “middle.” People who feel scammed on Ebay often fail to look for the signs of a problem and avoid it. Smart buying and selling is the key there and on the BST.

By the way, I had 100 of one item to sell, and sold 50 so far. I got a notice today that it did not sell this time around. I will click one button, relist and wait for it to sell…like it did 50 other times. When there is nothing to lose…why not maximize the potential for sales, and visibility? Food for thought.

I think you guys might consider this for breast cancer awareness.  BC or Legyoyo might attempt to make pink paracord ribbons too.  I watched this a few weeks ago.  It will take practice, but there are several videos showing how to get some good results.  Because it’s showing support for a great cause, you might both make them.  I’m sure they can be made in different sizes and variety, with practice. Maybe pink breast cancer edition holster for Leg…or breast cancer edition bracelet for BC.  :-\

Hey leg that keychain looks really cool. More or less hope you male some more money soon.

More or less? Lol, the cost is for the product materials and time… I thought it was fair

I plan on letting people buy them if they wish. Most likely I’ll have them at 4 dollars a pop. But I don’t plan on “pushing” them to hard here, not really the place to sell them as a business  but ya know, if they see it and want it, how could I refuse!

Yeah I don’t really know…

Looks like André is going to launch Epic Strings soon!!

Just an update guys. I mailed Legyoyo the parts for our collab today. Paracord and trigger snap clasps. I tried to find the best size and quality trigger style clasps possible. Legyoyo will view the items and make the final decision if we will proceed with them or try another style altogether. The silver ones are nickel over brass, and the gold ones are brass. I went with something very close to the length of the carabiners he uses, just so his holsters will have the same length. 550 paracord in black and grey/silver. I PMed Legyoyo the details. He will probably get this stuff on Tuesday, at the latest.

While I await word from Legyoyo about his thoughts, I will begin the next run of my holders.

when this is done I have no doubt it will be amazing and cool looking.

@ Snafu,
Anything new with the upcoming string business? Just checking to see how things are coming along. You had that great idea with the color changing string.

@ Abby,
Thanks. I know you’re still considering what you’d like to do, but just curious if anything is new in that direction.

if you mean in the jewelry business nothing really all there is really is a big pile of pre made jewelry at my house no one wants to buy. :frowning: that and my mom still hasn’t said yes to etsy which If it does become that my business will go up. And at this rate all there really is that’s going for me is I’m able to make custom jewelry which is still a limited market.

No it wasn’t my idea it was something I was working on with another fella but things sorta fell through. I hope that we can revisit it at a later date. I’m look forward to a future endeavor with him though.

But keep an eye out there is something awesome coming up tomorrow and another something possible in the near future with this gentleman.
