Retired now so I can throw whenever, but when I was working I’d throw out on the loading dock or in the garage when the weather dictated over lunch. My cubicle was too cramped for string tricks but I could throw loops while on the phone etc.

I work in a small community mental health clinic. I film most of the tricks I post online in the group therapy room. Serves as a great metaphor for coping skills.

I don’t have a real job anymore but i do all the housework for the family, so shopping is part of my job. When i walk to the supermarket, there´s a railroad crossing where i almost always have to wait for several minutes. It became a ritual to me, to have a little throw break here, even if the barriers are open.
Does that count as throwing at work?
