I am both surprised and happy that Takeshi even got second.
So many good freestyles this year and many unexpected (well mayde not) outcomes. I am happy for all the winners and hope them best of luck next year.
I personally disagree, it’s already clearly written in the rule that he can redo it, so he can for whatever reason, period. Basically you can do anything to win as long as you don’t cross the rule, this applies with pretty much anything competitive.
It will be cheap if he is against the rule but the judges still allow it, otherwise it’s fair. This is the reason why competition rules are and must be written in detail.

Yeah, and in two divisions this year.
Zach Gormley and Jake Elliot destroyed their respective divisions.
I’m in a weird situation. I’m currently on holiday in a place that has such slow internet, that it struggles to load webpages.
…So I find myself in the situation of knowing the results, without seeing a single one of the final freestyles, nor will I be able to until I get back next week.

WHAT A GREAT CONTEST!
I tell you what, signing up to Instagram before this contest was such a great move. I felt like I was there, seeing all the backstage action, getting all the gossip and seeing all the results as and when they became apparent. Even though I wasn’t actually there, I’ve never felt ‘part’ of a contest as much as I did this year.
I tell you, next time it’s in Tokyo, it’ll take nothing short of the grim reaper himself to stop me being there.

zachs fs is the absolute best i v seen since Take That back in 2011.

By the looks of it, the afterparty is currently in full swing. I wouldn’t expect full results up until some point mid-day tomorrow after everyone has slept off their hangovers.
what was the final placement for 1a? i know that zach won but thats about as much as i have gathered
