I would also suggest checking out Bandalores on Instagram. That was one of my first introductions to 0A, and it’s just 0A tutorials, mostly by Ed, but also some from Kyle, Doc Pop, and I think one or two from Drew.

I’ve been throwing pretty consistently since ‘97-‘98.
If you were to see me play 0A you’d think I was a complete newbie lol!
I have watched Ed H. over the years and have been amazed to see his growth. i’m also familiar with others mentioned above and will dig in some more!
The No-Jive is TOOOOOOUUUUUGH! Very challenging! I found a bit of chapstick on end of string helped some!
This style feels reminiscent to kendama or the pill for me.

For the TAW-TAW, Put a bit of plumbers tape on the axle threads, it should help prevent it from coming apart. Also make sure there is no Teflon tape over the end where it touches the cap, otherwise it will prevent the cap from forming a tension on the axle. - make sure the caps are snugly tightened down in the axle. That should help prevent it from coming apart.
