its that rubbery stuff that is, for example, around where your bathtub or bottom of your shower meets the wall. its usually clear or white.

it didnt on my werrd rozzor. i dont see why it should affect the anno but i cant gaurentee is.
really tho if youve tried rubbing alcohol already i dont really know of any other chemicl way of getting it of except for acetone but if rubbing alcohol doesnt work i dont think acetone wull

Also when it comes to removing the silicone, just go with the mechanical method. The effect of chemicals on anno can be iffy at best so spend a little time with a toothpick/knife and take it out manually.
