Other hobby

Sir, I am shocked and dismayed at that. Kinda neat though hehe. Sounds interesting

lol … the killer in the game used it as clues lol you have to get the game now, you really don’t know who the killer is until the end, and it was some cool origami figures, i think the crane, frog and some other cool ones.

how long it take you to learn them? ever do a yoyo shape one? put a string around it to see if it spins, nvm it needs a bearing lol

Cool video!!!

D.C. was big in the punk scene in the 80’s and 90’s too!

I do those.
and yeah, you’re right about the gear. but hey, it just means one less set of gear you have to buy switching between mx and down hill.

@Nivo
I got a set of tommy armour clubs. Don’t remember what clubs specifically, but it came with a bag, 5-sw, driver, a mallet putter, 2 hybrids, and 2 fairway woods. Replaced the 2 hybrids with a 3 and 4 iron from another set I had though.

nice, didn’t know that… this dc video made me look up one of my favorite videos , Sight Unseen (2001) and now watching “zero : Dying to live” Chris Cole is sick!!

I quit skating in the 80’s, so i’m kinda out of the loop as far as skate video’s go.

I did see Flip’s Extremely Sorry DVD. Louie Barlettas’ the bomb!!!

I like canoes.

You can’t have just one…

love skiing! white pass all day! lol i live in washington.

I used to ski there a long, long time ago…

How often you go out jhb8426?

I like Canoes too but I only get to do them like once a year. =/

i can’t ski, snowboard.

canoes look fun, i went white water rafting and that was nuts, a lot of fun!!! on the new river.

I wonder if you can canoe and throw… hmm

I try to get out 2-3 times a month.

It usually doesn’t take more than a day to learn one but there was one that I did that took five days for me to put it together, it had 30 pieces to it. A twenty point star I think is what it was.

No I haven’t done a yoyo shaped one, hehe. There are ones where you put them on strings and the wind blows them and makes them spin.

awesome! i have a TC3 but i need to put hard wheels on it to drift!

its still awesome! people still friendly, lift still slow, halfpipe still sucks, you should come to white pass and check out the knew expansion!

I’d love to but it’s about a 1700 mile drive now.

Well then maybe you guys should really take a trip and come to Telluride! ;D

yesss i have the same wheels, also got the pro ones where its semi hard and soft, in the middle but its harder to drift with those tires but yea the all plastic ones and so easy to drift but they don’t go as fast. All rubber is great for speed but i like drifting with it, … i have a nissan GTR body cover on it, i painted it all black. now i wanna go take it out for a spin lol

I fold origami, craft chainmail, and make jewelry.

Also play video games.

I have kind of a lot of hobbies. ::slight_smile:

Yoyo’s first, video games, and I just got out of RC. Might get back into airsoft.

Hey Nivo, you interested in a Traxxas E-maxx with a Titan 775 motor in it, a pair of sand paddles, a set of knobby tires, two 4200 7 cell batteries and peak charger, a body painted by Charles Gause, and a lot of extra parts?

it’s 100% water proof. Had it completely submerged once. Sand paddles work great in snow ;D
