I recommend Amy for more of a classic ‘feel’. It’s very good for binding as are Cirrus Foam and 65. If you wanna get into more particular play characteristics I’d take a look at the guide on the site. But here is a quicky:
Fast, technical, whippy, slacky
Night Moves (thinest)(stiff and fast)
Draken (a hair thicker then NM - same thickness as sochi)(stiff and fast)
Whippy - moves at normal speed
Cumulus Foam (thick as kitty fat)
Cirrus Foam (sochi thickness - same fabrication as cumulus)(better for technical vs cumulus)
Thick, Fast, Whippy
Blue Eyed White Dragon (stiff but firm pebbled in texture)
Copernicus (soft)(fantastic against humidity)
DRAGON (most wild)
Standard Jammer like Kitty or Sochi
