I’m a beginner at yoyoing and I already have about 10 scars on each of my hands! Luckily I haven’t broke anything YET. :-X
I’ve got too many to even think of one.
haha yah I have quite a few busted knuckles.
It drives me up the wall when people tell me to watch out where my yoyo’s going 'cuz I’m gonna hit something. I mean, I can bounce that thing through gaps half an inch bigger than the yoyo, whip it out of the air and catch it by its hubstacks. How could I possibly not be watching where it’s going, right?
That being said, I practice looping as I walk to class and frequently come close to beaning people when they pop out from around corners. Also, one time I hit myself in the face so hard it bled. I have a scar! It’s the coolest one I have.
I almost took out my left eye with my X-convict, cut my chin with the X-convict but I still love the yoyo. Too bad that I never broke anything. ;D
hit my self in the nuts in the middle of a store, and have had 2 string breaks one flew across my floor going crazy fast, only a couple scratches in the floor
I stuck a knife almost all the way through my hand trying to get a rather stubborn cap out of a Dark Magic years ago… Good times.
Lolz wow I hate how hard the caps are to get off a yoyo.
thanks to everyone who posted so much on this forum. 
I’ve never did any real damage to myself…I mean, I launched a yoyo into my knuckles countless times, and into about any other joint in my arm as well, but never anything serious…The times I ALMOST did something serious though…I don’t remember how many times I found myself dodging my own yoyo as it almost hits very sensitive spots at a very high velocity…
broke my darkmagic on my head when i was doing 2 sides around the world so fast

I’ve actually hit a couple of people in the past haha. But recently my Dark Magic broke through the string in a parking lot and almost hit a car while doing a strong breakaway. :o My Dark Magic is now terribly scratched but I’m happy that the car was ok! The owner would’ve probably killed me!

My friend tripped while I was doing the matrix and i hit accidentally hit him in the face.

I had a bad bind and when I threw it down the yo-yo came back up and hit my glasses. It left a big scratch on the right lens of my new glasses.

I have had a plethora of other cases of minor injures. (Bad binds turning into the yo-yo hitting my funny bone. The yo-yo grabbing the string in the middle of a trick resulting in the yo-yo hitting my knuckles.)
Wow! I haven’t had a major injury to myself…yet.
I chipped a kid’s tooth with my dark magic. It was during school at PE when we weren’t even allowed to be yoyoing.
I’ve hit myself in the right eye, causing the bottom half of my right-eye-vision to go black for about a week, and I’ve smashed an oven door before. Those are probably the two worst. And I have made my face bleed several times. I tell my friends that it would be hard to knock me out, considering the blows that I take from my throw on a regular basis.
Accidents happen. If you knew that something wrong was going to happen, it wouldn’t be an accident. right? You can never tell if you may lose control.
I understand what he’s saying it does annoy me when people tell me not to yoyo in the store. But like Samad says I have had more strings break when I thought they wouldn’t then when I was like hmmm this things is week it could break any minute.
i was doing pop the clutch with my brothers metal zero and it hit me in the back of my head. ow that hurt. oh and one time i was all mad at this camp i went to and i saw my brother and i said im so mad and looped my speed beetle into his balls. lol that was fun until i got beaten up by him. lol
I have a couple, a string snage that hit me in the head, gyro flop that hit me in the head… Snag to my elbow, lots of others.
