The trigger is a Delvalle design thing, the diamondback is an Eric Koloski signature. They aren’t really related.
But taking a look at the pictures they are awfully similar, and in Worlds video they said it was made with the Trigger shape in mind

Also, how similar is the Severe to the Space Cowboy? Their profiles look very similar to me.
