MB's Powder Thread! Come & see the power of powder!

Acetone is pretty dangerous too lol.

lol

It’s nice, very, so feel justified in your wants. It’s the only drawback to doing these pc jobs, giving them back

Based on what yoyospirit said let me just throw this out there, Acetone is dangerous. Don’t mess with anything that you are not fully sure of. Get a parent or teacher or go to a professional or someone who knows about the potential dangers of these types of things if you have even the slightest of doubt at what your doing.

At least you get to throw them and experience how nice they are. All I get is a pretty picture to look at.

Advantages of polishing YoYos too ;D

Final pics of the Chief “Warrior” edition…

Dibase in “Sun gold” and “chrome”…
The Dibase will be showing a few new colors today and tomorrow. Did them in halves to cut down on time. Busy here lately.

Chrome looks divine

That sun gold belongs on an ILYY for sure!

Throwdown Shuriken clear coated with multi colored flake…
Made of steel and a bit rusted when I got it I decided to just give it the old clear coat to be able to showcase the raw, now clean, steel. Not polished only lightly, lightly sanded and thoroughly cleaned. Threw some flake on it for a little flash.
For the record I was stunned at how this thing played, awesome.

It’s a slick little throw guys not kidding ya.

To be honest, it took me forever and a day to find that yoyo. I had heard about it 4 years ago, I had been waiting that long to find it, and randomly found this one on a different forum. It was worth the wait. I loved it as it was, now i can’t wait to play it basically brand new!

By the way I’m glad you thought of the sparkle, we were definitely on the same page. It’s exactly how I was picturing true beauty.

You’ll get the full effect of it when you get up close. For those who won’t be getting an up close view of this little gem allow me to point something out that may be overlooked.

In the first pic you may have noticed that along the inside of the rim coming up from the hub there are slight angled marks all the way around the inside of the rim. Why they are there or if they have a performance reason I don’t know maybe just for looks but who would I be to cover up those little slices of heaven. That’s why I went with the clear and who doesn’t love flake.

Dibase in flat ano green powder coat…
VERY nice looks amazing and has the texture for play. First pic is indoors second two are outside. Cloudy here today…

These flat ano’s are incredible! The simple shape of the DiBase really lends itself to showing off the ano too!
