False…
idk how many times I have to say this, but highwalls CLOSE suicide loops. The create string drag, which closes the loop faster. Hence why companies that aim for competitive use never use highwalls.
Swat is right. Suicides are better with low walls not highwalls.
Indeed Low walls are superior for keeping Suicide loops open.
@ Frodo I agree with you man. I’ve had the same experience with any bearing I’ve ever had. I have never had a bearing fail on me. I clean mine once in a blue moon only when needed, use YYF Spec, Stock ILYY metric, and OD Ten Ball bearings, and never ever had a bearing fail on me. I hardly ever use lube as well.
Spin time has never been an issue for me. I don’t understand why so many people are after KK’s and centertracs. I highly prefer flat bearings to them.
Speculation has always been an issue with the wing cut bearings.
People that actually have them get more…
I’m going to agree with that because that’s probably going to be most of my next purchase of Terrapin X Bearings. However, I’m going to get a couple of Chome bearings too just to have options and/or spares.
Next time you want some PM me and save on eBay sellers fees.
I pass it on…john
I’ll PM you when I’m ready to dive in for some more. It won’t be long.
