Is this normal? The bearing seat on one half of my sync is deeper than the other.

I wonder if the CAD changed between those two halves, but they got anodized in the same run anyhow?

it looks normal if it dosen’t effect the play or spin time at all i wouldn’t be too too worried

I suppose because the discrepancy is so close to the axle it wouldn’t really effect the balance.

That’s weird. Probably the gap is not as wide as it should be
It actually plays really loose, looser than seems normal.

huh weird
If halves are machined correctlu there wont be vibe. If you put 2 halves of 2 different yoyos together you might even get a dead smooth yoyo
I would contact the shop you got it from and try to get other…
This doesn’t look normal, I checked all 3 of mine and they are the same. I am contacting the manufacturer team tonight and will ask them.

If you look at the bearing seats one is much deeper than the other. Definitely not normal.

It’s not normal. I think it’s a mistake they made on accident. You should contact yye for a replacement I think. Both half should be the one on the left.
