Welcome back, I’m at a similar situation, but came back about 5months ago. Practicing and learning a lot!! You will have good times, I’m sure.
Welcome back to Yoyo!
Corey here, throwing in Queens. Been back about a year after a 20 year hiatus, left off throwing a SuperYo SSII and came back to find the game has really changed. Have stalked this forum for a while but a little afraid I’d be too tempted by the BST. Finally decided to join what seems like a supportive, fun community. Currently rotating between a Grasshopper GTX, Sugar Glider, and Iceberg and eagerly awaiting the arrival of a PockeHt.
Welcome to the Forums from 1 3/4 hrs away in Pennsylvania!

Welcome to the forum!!!
Welcome aboard! I’m glad you joined us.
Hello my name is Eric. I am new to yoyoing but like it a lot. I just made an account on here to find some new yoyos. I am looking to buy new yoyos to play with and throw. I really like the trick supercharger and yuuki slack. My favorite yoyos are stealth M04, Focus Z01, Base Camp Edgeless, Rain City Show Pony, Barracuda, V6-Locus, and Komodo. Once I started playing with yoyos, I wanted to learn tricks so I came to the tutorials here.
Welcome to the Forums from Pennsylvania. Stick around!
Thanks! I will.
Hello,
My name is Rob. I am from Canada. I started yoyoing a few years ago now. I started out with YYF whips, and DV888. Moved to a YYF Replay, and the Delrin GS. Switched to 5a mostly, did like dealing with sting tension I guess. . But recently have been back at 1a. Starting to learn 2a. I also have a YYF Airwave 4a arriving this week.
For xmas this year I got a iYoyo Iceberg, and thst is currently my favorite yoyo.
Since joining this forum a couple weeks ago, I have learned so much great information.
Also started to add to my higher end yoyos collection.
I bought a Day tripper from DocPop + Zipline strings.
And on the BST I recently bought a Recess Snack, and a One Drop Halifax Saturday Market.
I am excited to at the high amount of knowledge and styles on here.
Have a nice day.
Welcome to the community. It sounds like you’re pretty grounded with skills and a nice cache of yoyos!
Welcome to the forum! You seem.pretty well rounded, pretty sure I even saw a piece of wood you turned pop on here last week- good stuff!
Welcome! Great community, and certainly a place where you can really apply your handle.
Welcome! Sounds like you have a nice growing collection there. I will second that this can be a great place to learn a lot of useful stuff.
Hello I’m Clara. I had a yo-yo when I was a child and could do two or three tricks maybe. Now I’m pushing 60 and just bought a velocity. I have an m8 coming this week. I am looking for things to do while I’m traveling. When I retire I plan to travel the world with the backpack. I’m looking for fun things to do that are easy and lightweight to take with me and yoyoing seems perfect. And it’s fun. I also plan to do a little bit of Street performance/busking in areas where that’s permitted.
Hi Clara. I’m 54 and waaaaaay younger than you (haha!). Welcome. You came to the right place to get all the yoyo info you’ll ever need. I’m from Pennsylvania.
Welcome Clara!! That’s a nice plan, I hope you can accomplish that one. As Chris said, this is the right place. Greetings from Brazil.
Your plan sounds super fun! Make sure you bring extra strings/bearings/response pads!
Welcome to the forum’s clara! I love the idea. Might want to look into fixed axle yo-yos for less maintenance on your journey
