Hello! My name is Michael Leech and I am 3 months into yoyoing. I just attended my first contest at Ohio States last month to support my friend, John Wolfe. I am learning but am starting to get the hang of perfecting my throws and landing some good tricks, but I am still in the beginner stages of yoyoing.

Yeah he has been a good friend of mine for about 2 years or so now and lives near me. His cousin and I always hang out. He has been trying to teach me how to get better and I have also been watching some of the tutorial videos on here to improve my yoyoing.

I started yoyoing this past March when I decided to try a new skill toy hobby besides speed cubing. I quickly got addicted and speed cubing now takes a back seat to throwing.
I became a CLYW fan and wanted a Wooly Marmot, which then led me to this forum.

My name is Luke and I am from Connecticut, I figured I would start off with some corny yo-yo pun, but I am sure you get plenty of those hahaâŠanyways I have been yo-yoing for maybe a month nowâŠI randomly asked my parents for a yo-yo for Christmas last year when I received a yomega maverick, which I didnât actually play with until this summer. It was good to start off with but once I started getting into more advanced tricks, it wasnât cutting it for me⊠so I researched a ton and bought a Onedrop x CWLY Summit which came in 2 weeks ago :DâŠI love it! And I am spending a lot of time every day just practicing and I am currently trying to master Buddahâs revenge hahaâŠanyways I am rather obsessed with Yo-Yoing now so I figured I would join the forums, thanks for all the help!
