Hi, I am Jordan. I’ve been yoyoing for about 7 months. I currently only own a Duncan Metal Drifter that I’ve swapped the response on to make it unresponsive. I look forward to owning a C3 Capless soon, and learning more tricks.
Hi my name is Rob
I have been yoyo ing for about… A day now
I bought a yoyo because I have heard from many people it is easy to transfer kendama and diabolo skills on to yoyo (yes I can diabolo and kendama) so I’m hoping these people are right
The yoyo I am using is a henrys cobra and I would like to learn some more begginer tricks and hopefully get as good as my diabolo and kendama
Hey just got a yoyoexpert account and so far enjoying it. I’ve been yoyoing on and off for about four years now. My journey started with Yomega and once I mastered responsive play I took a break. After that i retaught myself and I wasn’t satisfied with the Yomega Maverick anymore. I discovered Yoyofactory and got a dv888 and protostar, (my 2 favorite yoyos at the moment.) I continue to learn new unresponsive tricks from Andre Boulay (my favorite yoyoer.) My favorite type of yoyoing is single a.k.a 1a, but I am starting to grow an interest in offstring (4a.) Well that’s about it hope you were intesrested when you read this!
im yair
im playing yoyo 2 mounth and i waiting for raptor yoyo
for now im with the YYF GM and its pretty good
Well, I may as well post my little cool story here for people to hopefully read :3
When I was younger (about from age 5-8) I used to be slightly into yoyos, I had some kind of modified classic shape yoyo that was red and green and I had a really nice blue butterfly yoyo that I can remember the brand of, but I got it through my elementary school during the yoyo craze of the 1990’s to 2000’s. at the time the only thing I could do was throw it down, have it sleep, and pull it back up but I none the less enjoyed it.
Fast-forward about a decade…
About a month ago my co-worker was getting rid of some stuff, and asked if I wanted two of his old yoyos. Out of sheer curiosity I decided to grab them, and now 18 yoyos, several strings, and a few loops later, here I am getting better day-by-day at my new favorite hobby
Sidenote: I’m also a casual long boarder, and my previous favorite hobby was fingerboarding :3
Heya guys my name is Toh Yu Shearn from Malaysia but I’d prefer if you guys just called me Lucian. Yo-Yo has always been a passion of mine ever since I saw the anime “Super Yo-Yo” back in 2010 but I’ve only recently started because I just realized how fun it can actually be. My favourite yo-yos are the Berserker RX and MO-Vitation by C3yoyodesign and the Czech Mate by Yo-yo Factory. I learned about YoyoExpert from a friend who I recently discovered plays yo-yo as well. I hope to become the best yo-yo player in the world someday and maybe I can meet everyone here in competitions someday.
Welcome :). I am also from Malaysia and Super yoyo and Blazing teens were THE shows that really got me interested in yoyos
Hello! I’m a complete newcomer to the world of yo-yos, except for a couple I got as gifts in my stocking when I was a kid at Christmas. I’m trying a few very basic tricks (very, very basic) with a Duncan Imperial, but since I am having fun I am looking to upgrade soon to a better beginner level yo-yo. Found the website yesterday, which is where I learned a few little things. Looking forward to learning more.
Welcome to all!! Enjoy the site!

Hi, my name is Hudson, I am from Canada and I have been yoyoing on and off for about six months. But recently I have been taking this hobby more seriously. I mainly play 1a and 5a but I am starting 3a soon. My favorite yoyos are the General yo KLR and the CLYW Avalanche. I love yoyoing and I hope to spend a lot of time on this forum.

Hi, I’m Ed. I’m an old man – 60 – who is just taking up the yoyo for the first time in his life. I’ve been at it a week with a Yomega Raider as my first yoyo. I can do a few old school tricks like rock the baby, but am looking forward to getting better as I ride into the sunset! Not too soon, I hope. ;D
Hello! I am a wanna-soon-be yoyoer. I just turned 14. august 3 and am very happy to be a part of this community. Hello everyone! After attending the 2013 Ohio State Yo-Yo Competition, I was inspired to get back into yoyoing. Gotta work out the cobwebs but it feels good to be throwing again! I bought a Rally when I was there and I can’t seem to put it down. Thanks Andre for all the great vids, they are VERY helpful!
