Yea uh my name is Josh im 13 years old i heard of yoyoexpert when i googled the dark magic. But unfortunately they dont sell the original anymor. sooooooooooo. I’m i guess ok at yoyoing i’ve finished the intermediate section (Andre is awesome). And my favorite throw… I guess the Dark magic 2 or the PGM2 cuz those are the only 2 yoyos i have. My fav. tricks are probably the ripcord and mach 5.

hello all my names luis and although im a 13 year old super noob in yoyoing i have been learning so much tricks over the past weeks and plan on going pro in a year. the trick i have been working on for the past 2 weeks is kwijibo and although i barely mastered the begining of this complex trick i dont plan on quitting soon. oh and i just got my new 888 
Hello people of yoyoexpert. I used to yo back when I was in elementary school, though I only had those cheap plastic yoyo’s they sell in pharmacy’s, and the classic duncan yoyos. But then I stopped, lost interest because of playstation and skateboarding. Now I’m 19 and I picked up my cousins cheap little yoyo and started messing around with it and enjoyed it and looked up a yoyo to buy and found video’s of Jensen Kimmitt, Yuuki, John Ando and a lot more pro’s and thought this is definitely something I can def get into.
Bought a duncan metal drifter from toys r us and learned all of the basic and some intermediate tricks from this site. Been at it for just a week but I’m doing pretty good I say, just sloppy especially cause I’m scared of getting smacked in the face again do to the high response of the metal drifter. Sister ordered a protostar for me for Christmas and I’m buying a popstar just for fun. I’m extremely obsessed, everyone thinks I’m being childish and keep calling me yoyo boy but what can I say it’s an awesome activity.

Hi my name is Adrian, i havent played yo-yos for over 12 years, used to be in a yo-yo club called Hilo pro spinners in Hawaii, but now looking back from then till now yo-yos have really advanced both in tricks and the yo-yos themselves, used to remember THP (Team High Performance) and the trick cards we used to have, with atomic bomb and, split the atom being on the hard red cards, now looking at the tricks now i think they belong on the novice cards xD, ah but those were the days, now im starting to pick up where i left off, now i just gotta learn how to bind one of them unresponsive yo-yos they got out now lol xD

Also I’ve already learnt the advanced and the intermediate tricks of course. I have a yoyofactory grind machine yoyo , so I can easily learn grind tricks.I’d like learn looping in the future coz I think it looks very cool but it’s very hard too.Unfortunately there are less people who are playing yo-yo in my region, but I think I can easily circulate it if I’ll be more pro

My name is Matt. I am 47, living in Portland Oregon. I used to be into yoyo-ing when I was in elementary school. I had a few plastic Duncan’s that barely slept. We used to rub graphite on the axles and strings to get it to sleep longer. If you could walk the dog - you were a god. Ahh! Those were the days!
I saw a kid playing with one of these new ball-bearing yoyo’s and knew I had to try one. My first you was a ProtoStar that I practiced with until I could bind (thanks youTube!) . Then it was YoyoExpress and those great videos. Now, my kids are competing with me and learning new tricks everyday.
My wife just rolls her eyes. That makes it all worth just a bit more
