Hi, my name is Tony. I used to do simple tricks such as sleeper or forward pass when I was little. I really started to practice yoyo tricks just a couple of month ago. Currently I am using a lyn fury, and I like it a lot. My favorite trick so far is the kwijibo. I found this website when I was googleling for a website that sells yoyos.
Iām Max, and Iāve been yo-yoing for a little bit. Up until maybe a year and a half ago, I wasnāt really into throwing. I could do stuff like Braintwister and Trapeze and thought that the Duncan Freehand was the best throw on the market.
My history of yo-yoing can best be described as sporadic. I get really into it for a while, then quit for a while, and repeat the process all over again.
My first high performance yo-yo was a Dark Magic. Currently, I primarily use YYF yo-yos, but in the near future I intend to use more HSpin and SPYY yoyos.
Iām not really that great at yo-yoing yet. I guess you could say Iām a slow learner. I know quite a few tricks but Iām not consistent with the majority of them. Lately, Iāve been getting a little more consistent with stuff like Kwyjibo (my favorite trick, at the moment) and Skin the Gerbil (which is fun, but frustrates me thoroughly). I learn most of my tricks from RethinkYoYo.
Kind of irrelevant for an introduction, but I intend for my next yo-yo purchase to be the Pyro III.

Hi, I just wanted to pop in and say hello; Iām someone in their early twenties who played with yoyos some as a younger kid, but am just getting back into yoyoing; and I do have to say Iāve been more than pleased with my reintroduction.
I recently picked up a mosquito at some mass market retailer on a whim and really enjoyed it, but it still had that cheap yoyo feel to it so I was itching to upgrade. Since picking it back up I had found the yoyoexpert site with Andreās videos and they really helped smooth my transition back into yoyoing; and after about a week of play with the mosquito I decided to fork over the cash for a nicer yoyo and grabbed a dark magic II (seemed to work well for Andre in the videos :p, and I liked the option of two separate bearings).
Since then Iāve had a blast working my way up through tricks and finally permanently switching over to the non-responsive bearing as well as mastering more intermediate tricks. Iāve been thinking of grabbing another cheaper non-responsive yoyo as well (maybe a northstar) to mix up play a little bit. I tend to be a bit more of a lurker, but Iāll definitely chime in around here from time to time.

Just like the duder above me, my name is Jared. I had thrown yo-yos before as a kid, but I never really learned much beyond throwing a good, strong sleeper and how to take an erratically thrown yo-yo to the face without flinching. :

Hey everyone, my name is Cody. I am 23 years old and have been yoyoing for about 6 months. I love the playing as well as the collecting aspects of the sport. Also the yoyo community is great too, everyone is nice and helpful, just a good loving community. I come from paintball where everyone thinks they are better than the next guy. Something that is very frustrating at times and is the main reason paintball is on the decline.

Hey peeps, whats up. 20 years old here. Recieved a Duncan Imperial for Christmas. It brought so many memories back i decided to try yoyo playing again. Iv been reading a lot and readjusting to all the new stuff. I ordered a Lyn Fury as my first new yoyo. So far so good. Working on string tricks.
