less than 4 min till they drop!! Good luck guys!!

Finally someone understood!

Got it today, luck was on my side.

In hand, I can’t really feel a difference between the two. I work at a sandwich shop, and I have a pretty good “hand scale” from slicing meat and having to have each portion weigh inbetween an exact range. For instance, Beef must weigh between 62-68 grams, ham/turkey 58-62, etc etc… I can say with confidence that my hand is pretty attuned to weights so I don’t have to weigh each individual portion. That being said, I can’t really feel a difference between the two, weight wise.

The Purple Mountain Majesty has an amazing ano job. The “splash” (if you wanna call it that) looks so awesome with the different shades of purple/black, it’s not the same consistent drip/drizzle/spray that gets boring and/or looks the same on each yoyo. This has drip, drizzle, spray, and then white-ish/gray-ish/silver-ish “sponged” ontop. It has a lot going on, on such a small surface area. The white color gives it such a unique look while spinning. Really nice to look at spinning or sitting. I really hope we see some more ano jobs like this, because it’s very wild but super sick. LOVE IT.

On the string though it’s a little different. I can honestly say that I seem to like my 7075 a wee bit more, play wise. I can only seem to feel a real difference when they’re spinning at the bottom of the string. They’re not too different, but I feel the 7075 is a tad bit more stable. I could be wrong, maybe it’s my deep sub-conscious attracting me towards my solid color Majesty so I don’t ding my beautiful Purple Mountain. Who knows! Regardless, they are both players.

Here’s a couple pictures…

p.s. those lines that look like scratches, are really ano from the white sponge job. they are very thin/fine lines, def. not scratches 8)

Haha when I got mine I thought they were scratches and was quite upset that it was already damaged.

The ano is incredible. At first you think it’s black, clear, and purple. But upon closer inspection, it’s black, clear, purple, AND ANOTHER PURPLE.

Hat Pads have always been some of my favorite response. They make for extremely good binds without snagging in the middle of play.

I ordered a 7075 Majesty. It should arrive today. Is it blasted, or just anodized?

It’s blasted and anodized.

I’m assuming most of you will be getting yours today/tomorrow! I wanna see some pics of other peoples PMMs (Purple Mountain Majesty)

Did the Majesty just got out of stock?

I think it sold out in 6 minutes on YYE. It was a small run.

I know of One Purple Mountain available for sale. Search Gen-Yo FB updates if you wanna find who has the last one.

It is funny that no one mentioned that Ernie was able to pull off not only one of the best playing yoyos of 2012 in the Majesty BUT also make it in 7075 AND sell it for $125.00 Not too shabby… Oh yea and made in the USA to boot!!! Heck of a job Ernie!!!

I will go out on a limb and say that this yoyo plays better than the Positron, Messiah, Leviathan III and Stargazer that I owned. Most deff smoother than all of them!!!

I am blown away daily by my Majesty. No doubt the most versatile throw I own. It’s just so smooth. The ano job makes it look like its moving when its sitting still. Thank you Ernie for a SWEET piece of usable art.

My mom got me one for Christmas! Half grey and half purple! Super excited! God Bless - Moefv

I was also thinking that he could have charged more for the Majesty. But that is not Ernie’s style. Personally, I would have squeezed you all dry; like some companies are into these days…cough CLYW …cough.

I also agree on the yo-yos above except… I do have a soft spot for the Stargazer. That is just me though  I hear what you are saying. The Majesty has much more power for sure.

Thanks for the nice comments guys,
Im glad you feel this throw is special!
Gatta tell you, allot went into it. Love from Riverside, California.
As the rest of you get them, please send in your comments and pics!
I love to post cool pics on the website!

Kind of weird the posting about the majesty stopped as soon as they hit stores.

Anyway, thought I’d let you guys in on some information I acquired. You won’t ever need to tune your Majesty. I got the word there’s only about .05" of clearance on both sides of the axle, so your majesty will always be balanced/tuned!

I may be wrong but I think all of Ernie’s throws have that same trait…

Yes sir, they do.

I am sad. I have no Majesty. ;(
