Be patient Pheenix, Im sure theres a specific time Andre wants to release it. If there wasn’t any suspense, then announcing the new eXpert wouldn’t be as fun and exciting. 
Well, the eXpert has to get a picture and a short bio in. So I guess after that, he will announce it.
