I’ve altogether given up on making yoyos where I’m currently living. I’ll wait until I’m in my new workshop in January.
Yeah…I like that right there. 53 grams is my jams
Mine is it’s naked twin! 52g - I got the one that hadn’t been hitting the gym.
Maybe one day I’ll have such a beauty.
Signed fixed axle for this Friday - BC Phantom (college football series) - signature by actor Michael Douglas
Stunning!
Three absolute units in the rotation today.
@Eric_Newlin The standard leopardwood and mini purpleheart crop circles absolutely slay. Literally nothing bad to say about either one. The only difference I can mention is if the standard holds loops for flips at a 9/10, then the mini only gets an 8.5/10. That gap could be due to a skill deficiency as well lol.
@bjardin I’m waiting on more Butterflies! My closet is full of them but I yearn for new and nifty colors! coughglowinthedarkcough
NGL pretty jealous of those pink Gnomads. I wanted to ask for a pink/green swap but kept forgetting
That would be an amazing look. Pink/green spectra ply. @Eric_Newlin get on this lol. I’ll even send back my pink to get the swap done. (Of course I would pay for the mods done)
(Quick disclaimer I realize that’s asking allot no pressure)
Throwing the fingerspin mod Butterfly today. Here’s DNA on it:
Smoooth!
One couldn’t ask for more.
Except maybe Walk the Dog…
Man I wish I had got on in time for a crop circle but that bearing thing he’s working on I’m all in.
Kotn strong really took a while to grow on me. I really didn’t like it when I first tried it even once broken in but now it’s my go to holds up way better long term.
I made it in time to grab a b-grade Padauk. It’s still amazing but I really wanted one of the minis too.
Kotn is definitely different than any other cotton string I’ve found, but it is great. The snake bite cotton is good too if you need something a little thicker. I recently started using some Zeekio cotton, but so far it’s my least favorite for wood axle.
