Fixed Axle Friday Throws

Hey, I’m gonna link two homies up here! If you are looking for a wood yo-yo, you can’t go wrong with a TMBR. Colin Leland, the maker of TMBR, changed the game but he’s been on a hiatus since 2021. These are highly sought after and sell at a premium.

That said, @Adrielecc has had several TMBRs for sale at the lowest prices I have seen in a while! And it looks like he still has some! I know he’s been working on collecting SW, so he’s likely trying to recoup funds. :joy:

Anyway, all the models that he has left are great. My personal recommendation is the Fremont, it is my favourite TMBR model. The PockeHts and TAW-TAW (this a way, that a way) are really good too. The TAW-TAW was designed to be invertable, it switches between a wider string trick shape to a narrower looping shape.

The only downside to TMBRs is that the threaded axle is known to unscrew in play from time to time. But I have some setup tricks to minimize that. If you get one, feel free to reach out for any advice on setting it up. :call_me_hand:

Edit: I also see that @Kalic00 linked the same BST.
