So stoked to play the Asora. I need to stock up on caps!

It’s unblasted, but not polished (so it’s not super reflective or super sticky). It’ll still be sticky to the touch though if your hands aren’t totally dry. If you care about grinds and don’t use gloves or have very dry hands, I’d recommend getting a blasted colorway instead.

If you prefer how glossy yoyos play though or just like how glossy looks, that’d be the reason to get the glossy gunmetal. I think the glossiness reflectiveness adds a nice pop of visibility to what would otherwise be a dark kinda stealthy colorway.

That’s too sick. Can I use the picture?

Of course! If you want a pic of the shirt I can take a better one without so much wrinkles.

I think most Asora orders should have landed by now so I just want to say thank you to everyone.

I really hope you all like it. I spent years working on everything for Asora/Dreamcraft and think that this production model really encapsulates the vision I had for it. 01 and 02 were close, but not quite - 03 feels like it’s right on the money - both in terms of how it plays, and the art/card/packaging done for it.

I know there can definitely be improvements in the future, but for now I’m really happy with the way it turned out.

I’m still ā€œnewā€ to all of this running a business and I’m kind of figuring it out as I go along. Some issues might arise, but I will always do my best to solve them or figure out a solution. If you do have any issues, or even suggestions anyone can message me.

One major issue I found within this drop was my own oversight, in that, I did not order enough Pink. I did not think about that being a potential problem when ordering this drop and apologize to anyone who wanted a Pink and couldn’t get one.

Please be assured that a re-stock of Pink will happen in the future but there’s no ETA on that quite yet.

Thank you!

Thanks for putting together such a great release, excited to be able to have all three, I still remember seeing some of your first concepts and was excited for the inception back then.

Crazy how time flies! I’m surprised you remember that post, really appreciate that.

Thanks! I missed out on the pink!!

Sorry! I really feel bad about that, wasn’t expecting the Pink to sell out so quick.

The pink is so iconically Asora at this point. It’s hard to go back! The sky blue is pretty kawaii too though.

You’re definitely right about that.

That is something I should’ve realized but didn’t take into account. I intentionally set out for Asora to be ā€œPinkā€ but at the same time, I wanted other colors to be available to people. I needed someone to knock some sense into me when laying out the numbers because I thought equal amounts of each were good at the time :sob:

The next drop will definitely have enough Pink for everyone. I’ll likely keep secondary colors to singular drops or runs, so the blue/green/black/clear will likely not make a return in the future so I can explore other colors along with the Pink.

I’m also hoping that I can get some raw plated in nickel or copper, hopefully both.

I was literally just going to ask if you could get any plated :hushed:

Copper plated Asora would be awesome!

Some type of finish that wears like the ZERO’s would be very cool.

As long as he doesn’t put any coating on the nickel/copper they will patina.

Yeah zero was touting it like something magic but my copper Theodore started showing patina after 2-3 days of regular play.

I definitely want to plate Asora in the future. I tried going through a local plater early on, before Asora even existed, but the results were a disaster in terms of the amount of vibe so I put that on the back burner until I can source plating without added vibe, or at least as minimal as possible.

Here’s a copper plated Parlay I got back from them.

And my Gold plated FUWA proto.
