Don't you hate it when

When your bearing gets dirty.

That’s why I have a special short-stringed yoyo that I can play from a throned position.

Don’t you hate it when

I keep waking up alive. It’s getting quite disappointing.

a clarification, how do you change the response pads or clean the bearing?

and in 9 years you have never had these needs?
I think so … and what happened to all the yoyos that you had to open out of necessity?

I get a knot at the bottom of my fixed axle yo-yo. :scream::scream::scream:

When people list three yoyos they want in a very specific price range and ask which one they should get and people start recommending different yoyos that cost twice as much.

When people offer very strong opinions on a yoyo they admit to not owning or ever even throwing.

I have the same problem on a yoyo made by me … I think you need good patience and a cutter, to try to cut the string near the axis

You came up with a combo and can’t remember it.

Yeah I totally agree with you 100%.but this last time I was very fortunate and took the (semi) knot out with a bobby-pin on my legend wing yo-yo

“In Transit, Arriving Late”

Like wtf does that even mean?

(The answer according to USPS is ‘idfk man it’ll probably get there eventually’)

I had one recently get “returned to sender” only to arrive 3 days later. Go figure.

When a signed art print shows up ruined. Stepped on and bent in half. All while in an extra thick sturdy tube.

What was the print of? Is it totally ruined?

As I remember, this whole ‘do not unscrew the yo-yo’ thing was started by a certain intimately-related overseas yo-yo re-seller that was tired of high-end YYR being returned because of poorly screwed-together halves that resulted in stripped-threads.

People would unscrew and re-screw these yo-yo’s and then claim vibe and other damage when returning. When margins are 200%; not an issue. When they are more like 50%; it hurts.

The only resort was to say that if it was unscrewed; you could not then turn around and return it. SInce all YYR were A+ when they were sold; a vibing YYR told you it had been tampered with. This was misunderstood by the marketplace as a command to not unscrew YYR yo-yo’s. What it really said was ‘Do not try to return vibing YYR throws and expect a refund’.
