Looks classy. Iāve tried to not let myself get excited about this since I have no chance of getting one until a mass releaseā¦but you just canāt help it when it looks so promising. The engraving is probably one of the best Iāve seen. I hope when they do a larger release they stick with the solid colors to highlight it.
I didnāt really have an interest in the last Collab, but I just cannot stay away from this one. My two favorite companies and two really great throws combined into one.
Couldāve sworn I heard that theyāve had it āin mindā for a year. That means that even without putting pencil to paper, they may have been internalizing the whole thing.
Also, letās be real here, folks. Parts of this are already ādoneā going into the projectā¦ primarily the axle system, but also the foundations of the profile and cup design.
Each company has made several top-tier yoyos and understand how designing a yoyo works. It didnāt take them 4 days, it took them 4 days plus their combined years of skill and experience totaling over a decade just between the two principals, not to mention anyone else part of the project.
Just to bring this to everyones attention, the summit costs $115 at the contest as a Pre-release but expect that price to jump up quite a bit when it hits retailers
