The way I see it, any reason they might try to use to say why they locked it would be either unfair or nonsensical.
“Posting too much in it”- Look at the how high can we go thread.
“Spamming in it” - Look at the how high can we go thread. pages of single letter replies are not spam?
“People say its flooding the forum” - Its our own thread, people can choose not to click on said thread and look at it. I don’t like metal music much, metal had its own thread, do I go complain? No, that would be stupid, I just avoid the thread.
" Its breaking rules " - There is no rule about having a thread for fans of something.
"Not pertaining to a yoyo site " - Its in the “unrelated” section for a reason. If this was in general, yeah I could see the issue, but its not.
“Its causing too much drama.” - the only reason there is any drama is because people choose to make topics and whatnot outside of the thread, and some of us don’t like seeing our interest bashed without being able to have a say. Like yoyofoot said, we get dragged OUT of our thread quite often to reply to stuff hat gets put elsewhere, and thats when the heat rises. I will say 99 percent of the time, we stay in our own thread, and cause no issue to anyone.
“We just find it annoying” - Fair enough, they admit it, but really, isn’t the job of a mod to be non discriminatory and see both sides to things? Nobody should try to push their views onto others, we are supposed to be an understanding community who understands that there are people with different interest and ideas everywhere. And as long as those things aren’t HARMFUL to the others (e.g. reccommending something dangerous, violent, inapropriate, etc,) then there is no reason here.
“We just don’t like you.” - Very mature, mature as schoolyard kindergarden students.
I hope everyone can see, with every argument they can throw, it just doesnt make sense. And if there is any other, by all means bring it up and we’ll talk.
I just want to see equality in the forums, and not dictatorship based on someones own personal feelings.

I think it’s because of all the recent stuff in the How high can we go thread and the bashing of mods/admins by bronies because of it.
True that.
bronies need to stop getting butthurt and bashing people who don’t absolutely love them and their clan.

But locking the thread is going a bit too far, if you don’t want to see us don’t click on us. Its as simple as that.

The thread has, indeed, been locked. One member has been banned for generally inflammatory and disrespectful posts, persistently acting above the rules, and for seeming set on creating strife day after day. The moderator/admin team is discussing all of this. Everyone please relax - I recommend picking up a yoyo. They’re a blast.
