I went back and watched Hufflepuff from Msgosieq. I was even more impressed with her the second time. I gotta tell you Pajama Man, I respect your opinion, but I thought her performance was pretty smooth. She could teach me a thing or twenty, I know that!
she has a lot of technical skill, and the tricks themselves were performed very well, but the transitions between tricks had some pauses and whatnot. just in the beginning, though. she really warmed up in the later parts.
I believe she could be sponsored too, if she grows her audience, because I liked the tricks, the video, and she presents herself well. If there was a company logo at the end of that video, I’d be paying attention. I will subscribe to her channel. Maybe she wants to be yo-yo holder sponsored someday,…you never know.
Look… I don’t mean to be rude, but being a girl should not automatically make you eligible for a sponsorship. If that was a boy, none of you would be saying he should be sponsored. Not one of you.
What you say is probably true. Watching this video I think this young lady shows some fine skills, if it’s of a caliber that companies would be interested in sponsorship may be quite a leap. What makes sponsorship of young ladies so intriguing is there is such an imbalance of guys to girls out there throwing. That goes to the very heart of why Abby wanted to start this thread in the first place. We would all like to see many more young ladies jump in and get involved. There is no doubt that would go a long way to expanding interest for everyone if we could break this gender barrier which seems to exist for some reason. I suppose that is why we get anxious to see more sponsored young ladies out there.
