happy friday y’all
Weird it had vibe. I have slammed my TI’s into the ground and they were smooth as glass. The ground however didn’t make it out well in that exchangeb
I just wanna point this out…
Now that we’ve seen said photos… it wasn’t tho? He photographed the entire yoyo, very visibly showing the the full circumference of the throw and both sides of it. And the actual photo quality looked fine to me too, no super JPEGy type compression going on. I took it into lightroom to brighten up the slightly underexposed areas and saw no damage.
At first glance I agreed with you, but think about it… if Mhoodlum is the one who’s correct in the situation, then he absolutely should refuse the refund. If you shipped out a yoyo totally mint and then the guy hits you up and is like “It’s all damaged, I want a refund”… no way in hell you’re getting a refund from me. If it was an honest mistake and I for some reason had two and accidentally packed the dinged one (I wouldn’t tho lol) I would refund.
Because I see someone else questioning your integrity. Like I said, I’m a grown man and made my own mistakes believing what you told me. I just thought I would share my low opinion of you and try to help the dudes kid from croaking.
if one participant is unhappy with the deal, it should be reversed with no quabble involved. responsibility of shipping should be on the complainant, unless both can come to a reasonable agreement on that.
Well first you mentioned it and we trade numerous times to your favor but be a keyboard ninja jump on
100%…
EXCEPT if damage occurs after the exchange, which is at least… plausible… in this scenario.
Also @TommyBwell if you have a bad experience with someone on this forum you need to share it in their feedback thread. I don’t see a post on Matt’s from you. If it was THAT bad you need to warn others about it. Vague posts about someone’s integrity only fuel the flames and don’t do anything to inform the traders on the BST.
This was a mistake posting on here. Should’ve handled it in the chat with @Mhoodlum. Just felt helpless as he immediately denied anything. I’m writing it off as an honest mistake on his part. I’ll work on the throw when I get home to see if I can smooth it out. It’s a YOYO. Let’s please just drop this. My apologies to the group.
which is why we use goods and services on every transaction, right? and trades are covered in full dollar amounts on g&s before sent (old school)….
realistically there are no winners here, and there’s no way to cover the losses, on either side.
i expressed my full opinion in private. good luck to you both.
…now let’s go see what the scuttle’s about in that Made in USA topic.
Man yoyo is on fire today. Most activity I’ve seen here in a while.
If a transaction is undesirable then sending the yoyo back and refunding should be the course. Anything outside of that is bad faith…
it’s just onedrop talk i think
I hope this provides needed clarity:
@Mhoodlum (Matt Hood) deceived me (led me to believe something that was not true) in a series of transactions we did (in more than one transaction he and I completed).
No clarity
Okay so yeah king normally when people make those claims they back it up with even a little bit of evidence (thank you for the sarcastic parenthetical explanations though, they totally legitimize any point you’re trying to make).
Oh the usual. Nothing too exciting. I think prior rounds been more heated.
Oh yeah dude how’d you know? When Matt called me up and said “Hey dude I’m packaging up an Exos” I literally stopped working, told my clients to get lost, hopped on a plane to wherever the hell he’s at and watched him package up your Exos. Then I went home.
With how quickly you point fingers I tend to believe you less every second but whatever
Every comment you’ve contributed has been singing Matt’s praises lol. That’s the only sus thing I see other than him having a member of the community watching him package up yo-yos lol. I could only assume it’s you. . @SR1
