Wonder has very mild damage like pin pricks and very small scuffs. But damage was couple months prior it started vibrating. Bearing seat before was very tight(i needed multitool every time i remove bearing) and after like 2 weeks of not playing it, wonder started to vibrate and bearing sit become very loose(now i can just remove it with fingers with no problem). Anybody have any idea what happened and how to fix it.

try replacing it with a new pair of axle, if its still vibing tune it with a multitool or an allen key. If its still there it must be the bearing seat had been damaged.
