Has anybody tried it? I would love to hear some reviews or comments on it.
I have one. It is a Titanium Sleipnir. It is one of the finest yo-yo’s I own. It plays like a Sleipnir, but has the performance of Titanium. It is absolutely brilliant. If you can find one; I highly recommend it.
I have been thinking of doing a review of this yo-yo. Perhaps I can find the time this weekend… 
I hear the Seventh Heaven is really useful for lightening your wallet. This protects your back from going out of kilter.
Ironically, the Kilter 2 keeps your wallet heavy, thereby ensuring that your back becomes out of kilter.

I just got one and I LOVE IT kinda exensive tho but not as much as my angle TISS premium black i want a FG edition of the 7th heaven
The TISS is one I would like to hear thoughts or even a review on too. I was hesitant to pull the trigger on this one, but I am starting to regret not snagging one.
How good is it? How good is it compared with the 7th Heaven?
