Well i was wondering somthing about the legacy casue i felt like getting a cheap yoyo for my collection i was going to get a legacy but some reviews say you NEED to bind to return it some say its just a little to responsive and you can still return it anyone who has it know which one is true?Also can someone tell me an ok yoyo for my collectionthats no more than 30 bucks casue i spent alot on other yoyos already
Its unresponsive. The bearing may come a little responsive at first, but it should get unresponsive after a couple minutes of play.
or maybe try a die nasty, velocity, or pgm but they are all nresponsive except for the velocity which is responsive or unresponsive which ever you want
