I’m looking to get a new yo-yo and cant decide between the Legacy and Speed Maker. I will be taking this to school on occasion, so it can’t be too fragile.
I need it to be able to sleep for a while and not die as soon as you start a string trick.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
It really depends on what kind of style you play but since you seem to be a beginner I’m not going to be mean to you :), well the speed maker is easy to land and build to do really fast tricks, the legacy however is quite large comparing to other plastic yoyos( for 1A) and it is dead unresponsive while the speedmaker is a little responsive. hope it helped
Well the Speedmaker is a smaller than the Legacy and the Speed Maker has like a “V” shape sort of. If you want it really unresponsive, Legacy. The SpeedMaker is still kind of responsive. I would go for the Legacy by the way.

i know you made your decision but the legacy is a much better yoyo than the speedmaker (if you want an unresponsive with no mods) i <3 my legacy
The Legacy is my best yoyo ever! I really love my Legacy. Until it broke…
