Definitely agree on the Replay being your best choice. Only reason to get the starlite is because of the glow which is a novelty. There’s better glow yoyos anyways as well.
I received my Replay Pro a couple days ago. It didn’t blow me away or topple any yoyos off my plastics Mount Rushmore like it has for some people, but I think the Replay Pro is your best option out of the two and a good option in that price range.
