So let’s say he did give you a tracking number and the package really did get lost? What would have to be done then? This happened with me and I really had no idea what to do, ended up buying another one to replace it.
I would take responsibilty for giving the worng addy, if he proved I did. But he didnt get tracking, and his mom thinks it would be terrible to send me some yoyos, when I lost 300$! I dont believe anything he says, or that shes his mom. If she is, nice parenting vickY! haha
Yoyomasterall has quickly sold off scammed yoyos before, I was involved in another scam involving him last year (Though it wasn’t able to be proven as a scam). I wouldn’t doubt that he intentionally scammed you.

Wait! You have confirmed that in early February, he sent you the same yo-yos he promised to Dingo…the same yo-yos he is claiming he shipped but they got “lost by USPS?” I can’t believe someone would do that. Not only did he not ship the yo-yos to Dingo, he shipped them to someone else instead…that is far worse. I already knew his father did not ship, and he got no receipt, no tracking, because he never mailed out. But for him to have shipped them to another trader instead, and then lie about the yo-yos getting lost in the mail, is unheard of.
He has the yoyos I gave HIM. WHo knows were the chief and narwhal are. And schnayke, I will try to prove him a scammer, and get at least some cash, but you dont have to send me anything. If you REALLY want to, thats cool, but I hate for you to lose 2 yoyos. ALso, I have to leave for the night now.

Schnayke, this is about the most stand up thing I’ve seen anyone do on the forums. If you send those two yoyos back to Dingo, I’ll send you one from my case. Just pm me your address when the time comes.

One bad apple doesn’t always spoil the bunch. But I wonder what goes on in the mind of someone who has 24 positive feedback, which is a lot successful trading, and then they make the decision to throw it all down the drain, and rob someone of their throws. Is it because the throws they robbed someone of are worth not being on the BST for the rest of their life? Or, do they really think that the details of the scam will never come to light? Perhaps thinking they are smarter than they really are? :-\
I am still in shock. He should at the very least return the throws Dingo sent…regardless of the current condition. I wonder if his mom realizes the new evidence that her son shipped the yo-yos promised to Dingo to another trader. There is no lost package, and he lied to his mom “Vicky” too. He is totally 100% in the wrong here.
No, no, TA. You’ve misunderstood. The yoyos that Dingo sent TO Brad Meyer were subsequently traded or sold to Schnayke. 2 of the 3 anyway. So Schnayke wants to return them to Dingo since they were his in the first place. I thought this was a noble gesture, so I want to ensure that Schnayke won’t be left empty handed.
The whereabouts of the Chief and Gnarwhal that were supposedly sent by Brad’s father have still not been located. Either they are lost out in the USPS world, or they were returned to Brad after his dad tried to ship them. Neither of these things can be confirmed, unfortunately.

I know that Brad is reading this thread still, even if he no longer posts. His friends are keeping him updated too. So, I’m going to throw out some ideas, and wonder which one of these Brad might be most comfortable with. I think there is an option he might like. If Brad does the right thing, there might be something in this for him. If he gives Dingo restitution, Dingo can undo some of the things we have suggested, if he wants to.
List of Options
Option 1 (if Brad never compensates Dingo whatsoever)
- Keep thread with Brad Meyer Yoyomasterall Scam title active, and continue to bump it with the help of others so it remains visible;
- Maintain negative feedback.
- Also post on Yoyonation and keep that thread active, and continue to warn others on Facebook as well. Bump the thread regularly.
- Notify police to report the incident and pursue the matter with them.
- Pursue plan C as explained to Dingo via PM. It will not be revealed here.
Option 2 (if Brad compensates Dingo to some extent)
- Remove Brad’s real name from the thread, username shall remain. Let the thread remain inactive and gradually, it will bury itself among the trader feedback section, and become inactive, as it will be considered somewhat resolved. If Brad commits a future infraction, someone can bump it. Some incentive for Brad to “be good.”
- Maintain negative feedback, and link to this thread, but note that some compensation was eventually made to Dingo toward resolving this.
- Do not post on other forums about this, and keep the matter on YYE forum.
- No need to contact police, as the issue reached some resolution.
Option 3 (if Brad compensates Dingo with yo-yos to Dingo’s full satisfaction, although not as stated in their original deal, and issues a sincere, written, public apology on the forum, and agrees a future infraction on any BST forum earns a permanent ban)
- Remove Yoyomasterall’s name and username from the thread title, restore the title to “Trade Compensation.” Have the thread locked.
- Give Yoyomasterall neutral feedback and link to this thread. That is enough to warn others who trade with him, that he should always ship first.
- Do not post elsewhere to warn others
- No need to contact police
After considering the options, Option 3 allows Brad to continue to BST on the forums and rebuild his reputation over a period of time. If the main goal is to get Dingo restitution, at least he would have some quickly, people still have sufficient heads up that Brad should ship first, and this gets resolved for everyone. The question for Brad is whether he would make things right for Dingo, take Option 3, and resolve this.
I have not spoken to Dingo about agreement to any terms, but I am just interested in trying to mediate this. Yoyomasterall is clearly wrong, and owes Dingo an apology and yo-yos. But, not an apology from his mom Vicky, but a sincere apology from him. While I am not crazy about the neutral, the goal here is to make Dingo whole, and the neutral is still a flag that people can see.
Yoyomasterall aka Brad should find a way to make contact, if he is interested in discussing any of the above options with Dingo. Dingo should not have to compromise, but he clearly should not walk away from this empty handed either. Brad’s reputation can bounce back from this,if he stops playing games with people and ships first for awhile. There are incentives to keep Brad on his best behavior.

Thanks to yoyospirit, I know Nehamiah has my Canvas. He was also involved in a scam, and lives within minutes of brad. I might message him, because I would trade him for it, because I loved that. Look up CLYW harlem shake, and its in his video.

I saw the video. I get the feeling there is some bad influence in addition to Brad’s temptation and urge to do these kinds of things. There was a point in this thread, where Brad was going to make you an offer and do the right thing to resolve this. Then, all of a sudden, as if he spoke to someone who influenced him, he went right back to claiming that the post office lost the package. Whoever he is talking to about how to handle this situation, does not have his best interest at heart. If he owed someone some throws, or someone manipulated him to get throws for them, we might never know for certain. But, if Brad starts thinking for himself as he did early on here, he will be better off. He has to realize that his friends do not care if his name is dirt, and he loses his BST privileges. A lot of his friends will tell him what sounds good to his face, and laugh behind his back at all the heat he is taking over this. It is not their name getting dragged through the mud. I hope Brad starts thinking for himself instead of listening to his so called friends. I can tell that is exactly what happened.
Wisconsin is like a circle of scammers(Not everyone, just of the ones I know.) I think jason rodriguez lives there, and he isnt s scammer. But I did trade with nehamiah, and there was some more damage oin the peak than said, but this has happened countless times to me, I dont care, as long as it isnt like where it got slammed on cement and the person didnt tell me. Right now, I am just hoping I get something back, no matter what it is.
So Dingo, of those options I wrote about, would you be open to hearing from Brad about Option 3, to resolve this, if he can send you throws in the value that is owed, issues an apology, and agrees to a ban for any future infraction? In return, you change feedback to neutral with a link here, and change the title of the thread back to the original without his name and have it locked? If we know whether you will agree, we will just need to hear back from Brad and ball is in his court from there…
