Yo bro can I give you one piece of advice. Go into your profile settings and click the save all messages to my outbox button. That little number would have been really handy in this situation. You could have checked your original messages, and slammed this fool.
I would just like to say that Nehemiah is in fact an extremely trustworthy guy. I have traded with him 3 times in the past and am doing so again today. Each and every trade went smoothly, and (IMO) I have gotten the better end of the deal most of the time. I apologize to all who may have had an unpleasant experience, but calling him a scammer is simply put untrue.
yoyomasterall had over 15 positive, hes a scammer. A persons deals with one or ten people have nothing to do with there reputation. Not saying nehamiah is, I dont know much about him being a scammer or not

Even if it legitimately got lost in the mail, wouldn’t you feel bad and want to fix it?? I would. Ignoring the fact that it was irresponsible to not ask about the zip code, etc.
Yes. The most risky deal you can make on the BST is trading a yo-yo for a yo-yo. You expose yourself more than if you were in a buyer or seller position. A buyer can use Paypal and be totally protected. That is the ideal position to be in…a buyer. You pay via Paypal and your obligations are fulfilled. Very easy. A seller has more risk than a buyer, because they have a duty to ship and make sure the item arrives safe. They also have to accurately describe the item to begin with. In other words, those who trade yo-yos are more likely to end up getting scammed. To avoid this, check the feedback and do not deal with someone who has a negative. If they have less feedback than you, demand they ship first, and do not ship out until you see at least 2 scans that the package is in transit. If someone has a blemish on their record, tell them the throws have to reach your doorstep, before you will ship yours out. In this instance, with the blemish Yoyomasterall had on his record, Dingo should have made him ship first so he could receive and inspect the throws before shipping his own throws.
On another topic though, I have noticed a trend on here, where those who get scammed are likely to scam others. It might be some twisted way of recouping their past loss. Or, they discover that scammers often get away with it, so they create a new scam of their own. In turn, they create new victims in the process. For example, after reading the trader feedback section, I discovered a new trend. YTCT102 was scammed by member yoswag. YTCT102 who was an alleged victim, went on to scam several others, including Yoyomasterall. Yoyomasterall was also allegedly scammed by member Arussell. Yoyomasterall, who was allegedly scammed a few times, began a few scams of his own, and in the process, Dingo is the new victim. Yoyomasterall apparently knows how Dingo feels, because it happened to him in the past too.
I never trade a yo-yo for a yo-yo, except in person. Those of you with high feedback counts have to use it to your advantage and push your weight around some.
My guess is that all of your trades w/him are face to face, in-person trades. Your IP tracks the the same block used by all the rest of this club/group of friends. In-person trades do not rate the same as you both are totally in control of the situation from start to finish.
Yeah, it’s pretty hard to scam someone by saying “Trade?”, receiving his yoyo, and then not giving him/her anything and saying “Haha bro you just got scammed lol”. That wouldn’t go very well.
I am curious if Crossstrings2, (who posted in here before to respond to things said about him), would be willing to help mediate this. It seems he is a bit older than Yoyomasterall, and he settled a dispute amicably before. He is local to Yoyomasterall, and I think it would be helpful if he might help mediate this to a resolution. If he is willing to help, he can post here, and we will go from there.
I asked his cousin, Puffin, and he just says he knows he shipped. But hopefullly he can help.
They don’t realize that I DONT CARE if he shipped, I care about getting something. If he shipped AND got tracking to me, he would have proof, and I would leave it alone, giving him Positive Feedback.
Yes, it’s like Yoyospirit said, he shipped and the throws did not reach the recipient. But, because it was his obligation to make sure they got there, by however means, he knew he had to make it right…so he did. Yoyomasterall posted himself, that he did not ship the yo-yos, that his dad is the one who shipped. How can Puffin be sure, if Yoyomasterall’s dad was the shipper? As you said though, it does not matter now, you got nothing, so that is the bottom line, and you are looking for the right thing to be done. Hopefully, one of the other guys will help.
Just realized my mom never ccalled, Maybe today if she has time, and ill go on the other phone so I can hear and chime in when my mom doesn’t know something since I have tried to leave her out of the situation.
