Sorry to hear you’re having an issue with your Revival, we haven’t heard anything about it cutting strings before. How long did you play with it before the string broke? Did you buy it from us?

I have had mine for a couple of weeks and I haven’t had any problems at all. The thing is Smooth as butter!!!
I’ve had mine for over a week now and played it pretty much constantly during that time. No string cutting issues with mine either. Plays flawlessly and is very fun!

Guess mine was just being weird, it cut strings for the first few days but now I have no problems with it
Might’ve been the strings.
