Yoyoing After Injuring your wrist/arm


So pretty early in the summer, I fell of my bike pretty hard because my front wheel fell off because of a loose screw or something, and i hurt my wrist area pretty bad.
I was told i woudl still be able to type and stuff, but naturally, I asked if I could still Yoyo with it.
The doctor recommended me not to until it felt much better.
Now its been like a month and a halfish, and I’m feeling much better, and started to throw a little.
I noticed that I felt really awkward yoyoing again, and feel almost like I did months ago, when I was a better than a beginner.
Anyone have a similar experience?If so, how logn did it take you to get back into it?
