I’ll give it a throw and report back
Wow! Cool, we appreciate it. We won’t let you forget haha. Thanks.
What of your address isn’t what’s on file
I don’t understand the point of the address question(s).
You order a thing. The thing hasn’t shipped yet. You contact the person you ordered it from and tell them your address has changed. With luck, they do their best to make sure you’re not trying to pull a scam (your name matches an order; you are able to confirm your old address). Then they update your address.
What do you expect the answer to be? “Don’t tell them your new address. It’s your responsibility to keep checking at the old mailbox and beg the new residents to not return to sender. Tough luck.”
?
Mailing address, or email address?
When they are ready to ship the orders, YoyoFactory will email you, at the email account you used to place the order. When they email, they will ask you to confirm your order and shipping address that’s on file. That would be your opportunity to change the shipping address if you need to. Or, as stated above, you can take the initiative and notify them now. But, if you do so, I suggest you use the same email account that you used to place your order (to confirm it’s really you).
But, if you are locked out of the email account that you used to place your order, you will probably need to make a phone call and be able to verify your order information. Not having access to that email account would be the worst of the two right now, because it’s how they will communicate with you directly about the order.
I signed up with an old reliable email address that I’ve had for 20 years, and I’m not moving.
If you used PayPal to pay for your order, you should make the change of address through them ASAP. Paypal has a “confirmed” address on file for all members. That is the address that YYF must send the yo-yo to. Otherwise, there is potential for fraud.
Think about the scenario where some person complains to PayPal that their order never arrived. YYF says they shipped to the “new” address just like the customer wanted. If the PayPal customer then says they never never told YYF to change the address - what is PayPal to do to resolve the complaint? The only solution is to demand YYF use the address on file at the time of shipping. As long as YYF can provide USPS tracking and delivery confirmation to the address on file with PayPal, they will be covered.
If you can’t change the PayPal address, I suggest you make plans to get the yo-yo from that address.
Thank you very much for the advice, I recently moved and wanted to confirm how I should change my address.
“The big dream?”
Not sure about all these names lol
Next an offstring called the Bigger Dream
A Diabolo called “Biggest Dream”. With the motto: “None more big.”
lol…
or, “None More Bigger”
neither are we, which is why the yoyo won’t actually be called that… but you get the idea.
You should call it the GoGo, in honor of the platform used to make it.
Plus, I want to say “I got my GoGo YoYo in the mail today”. So, make that happen for me.
Thanks.
I’ve never cared about a yoyo’s name, but I do deeply desire a follow up to one drop’s T1, to be named T2 Judgement Day.
Dat Made in China engraving

has there ever been a blasted titanium
They blasted one of the protos. Apparently it didn’t turn out so good.
And the follow on to that, a motorized yoyo that self winds after spinning out called T3 Rise of the Machines
