Ok I know this is a total mom thing to post but i could not help it. Since my son has been yoyoing about three months now I have changed my share of strings. Today as I was about to throw away yet another old string I said "geeze I wish there was something we could do with all these strings. Then I remembered an article I read in some crafty kids magazine about a project where you put pieces of string into a suet holder or something else with holes in it for the birds to come take for making nests. So we are going to give it a go! Though it may be sort of past nesting time here but we will sure be saving them up to try this for next spring!
That sounds awesome… For the birds. Also you should look up string crafts to do. Don’t know if your son will be into it but you might get some fun out of it.
